Aftermath follows Josh Goldman, a 28-year-old journalist who returns home after being taken captive while chasing a breaking story. This gripping new play by David Zax explores the complexities of global conflict, personal conviction, and family. Though still unpublished, the play has already garnered attention through workshops and developmental readings at The Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Kennedy Center, The Playwright’s Realm, and The Old Globe. We are bringing its New York City premiere to the A.R.T./NY Mezzanine Theatre in October 2026.
