My advocacy project Model Tea is running a comprehensive survey of life models to gather essential data on pay, working conditions, and experiences across the industry. Life models are a vital part of the art world — from classrooms to studios, they inspire countless works of creativity — yet their experiences has gone unrecorded.
The survey results will help:
- Advocate for fair pay and safe working conditions.
- Provide models with tools to negotiate and protect their work.
- Amplify the voices of models so their contributions are recognized and respected.
This survey is part of Model Tea, (@model.tea) a project dedicated to supporting models as artists and cultivating vibrant, healthy creative communities.
