This contemporary ballet explores how Cajun cultural elements are meaningfully incorporated into the construction of individual identity and how the memory of Cajun rituals and traditions creates community and culture. Ti Canaille recreates scenes of traditional Cajun celebrations and gatherings through the lens of contemporary ballet.
