About

Michael Grebla is on a mission to champion a more inclusive, unified and empathetic society through the creation of meaningful and engaging art – art centering on reflection and exploration of the human condition. He is an award-winning emerging Australian composer of concert music, and this mission has taken him across the globe from Perth to New York City, where he now resides.

Critical to his continued success has been a movement of passionate supporters, who not only recognise the importance of his work but also the unique challenges faced and the resources that are necessary. These supporters have felt called to act, knowing if they do not, the creation of music cannot continue. They elect to take ownership of the future of the art music tradition, empowering the artist by becoming a patron of their work and a champion of their cause.

Michael’s projects include the creation of new works, and crucially, bringing those works to the public through performance, recording and recitals. It also encompasses appearances and participation in festivals, conferences, symposiums, and residences, both domestically and abroad; Michael operates across the United States, Europe and Australia.

You are invited to become a patron and commissioner of Michael’s 2020 season. All funding received will directly offset the expenses of continuing to undertake this mission as a composer.
