Created by two-time Tony Award-nominated composer, lyricist and producer Peter Link and singer, actor, producer and Watchfire Music President Julia Wade, Theater Of The Imagination brings the craft, energy and storytelling traditions of American musical theater into the emerging field of the podcast musical.
These are not cast albums, audiobooks or audio dramas with songs added. They are fully conceived musical theater productions for the ear and imagination—combining professional actors and singers whose credits span Broadway, film and television with produced music, dialogue, dramatic performance, sound design, editing, mixing and mastering.
And they are free to the public.

The podcast is an expanding digital repertory. Series 1, Scattershot Symphony: The Music of Peter Link, is music-centered storytelling from Peter’s five decades in theater and recording. Series 2, Havin’ A Talk With God, is a witty, wise and whimsical prelude to Series 3, Rosemary And Thyme: A Podcast Musical—our proof of concept.
Rosemary And Thyme was conceived specifically for podcast: 16 episodes, approximately eight hours of dramatic content, more than 35 songs and a professional cast. It has reached listeners in more than 140 countries.
